Manuals are unreliable
Is it just me or are manuals very unreliable being they share the same input as the ollie initiation? I would rather have it so the ollie would only initiate if it was pulled all the way down and everything else would be manual. I'm stuck at the three manual pads because you need to do it so fast and three times in a row it's virtually impossible. Sharing inputs on moves is always risky and when split second accuracy matters it's even more frustrating...
Please devs at least put in a slider for ollie initiation / manual zone on the thumbstick

Manuals are really hard to do in connection with other tricks.
I am struggling like crazy especially when having to connect a manual right after an ollie.
The right stick / or left stick depending if you are regular/goofy, have to be pushed down really slightly.
You just barely touch and push the stick back in order ot achieve manual.

It's really hard especially when you arrive at the "triple pad manual challenge".....
I'd say you have to train as hard as IRL when skating.

It's funny because Session feels easier than IRL skating and vice-versa , depending what has to be executed.

I don't think they are mechanically unreliable, I think due to the nature of how they're done that it's tricky and very nuanced for the player to get used to it, and also depends heavily on your controller's quality. Third party controllers with crappy joysticks that have deadzones aren't going to work as well for session compared to all the first party controllers that are usually very good.

Honestly i'm gonna drop the game cause of manuals, I get its going for a simulation thing, but like, i can do a manual easier in real effin' life than here man, that's what Skate got right, it knew that on a controller some stuff just doesn't work that well and you have to add some non-realistic stuff and simplify things here and there, otherwise you end with a game thats harder to master than actual skateboarding, that's my overall feeling atm, i rather get back on my board than play this, its every effin' second that i hit a wall where the controls feels unreliable/finnicky cause its trying oh so hard to simulate real stuff in a limited controller.

I honestly don't see what peoples issues is with Manuals, I find them pretty easy. At the start I noticed I wasn't going straight down and had a slight angle on the direction, but once I corrected that, I have had no issues.
