Also make sure the input is registered as a 50-50. Sometimes you can be in a 5050 but the game will register the grind as something else if the sticks aren't 100 percent perfectly input and it wont count towards the challenge. I recomend turning on the trick names just to make sure the right trick is registering. 5050's are especially finicky in that regard
You can try to go back to the apartment and turn your skater to goofie ( if he's regular) or regular ( if he's goofie).
Of course you'll have to perform the trick on the other ledge so that your tricks are not registered as "switch".
It saved me more than once throughout the historical challenges.
Cal2K himself replied to a comment of mine I left under his Philly video guide and linked to an updated video for this challenge. Now it's actually Nollie Fs 180 Fs 50-50 on the RIGHT hubba! I tried and got it after two attempts.
