And why do they think the devs will put sales over their vision of a skateboarding Sim, no matter what? It's apparent that creature or nacon don't expect the game to do Tony Hawk like sales. It's obviously a niche game developed by a small team.
I've completed the missions. The non legacy controls just suck. The setup in Skater XL is much better. They have the triggers just like Session but with the legacy controls so they give the user the freedom to choose.
A shame they removed them because the game just immediately became not for me and I kickstarted it too. Guess I'll just played skate 2 until the new one comes out.
And, plz correct me if I'm mistaken, but wasn't the "one stick, one foot" approach already exactly what they were going for back on Kickstarter? Wasn't this what made their approach unique to previous skate games?
This. Try playing Skater XL. They have the exact same controls + Legacy. So you can steer with the triggers or the thumbstick.
Its funny how these guys keep saying "OOOOOOHHH if you dont' like the controls then GIT GOOD/you suck"
No I actually am pretty good with the controls in Session. I just prefer Legacy since I like being able to play with a simplified setup.
Now I have to go to Skater XL to get my legacy control fix.
Troll harder. XL has legacy controls. I just used them last night.
Thanks mom.
Must. Troll. Harder.
