Fakie full cab flip
Hey.. I’m playing the Xbox version, but hoping for some advice.
Got the Donovan mission before he puts you on shop flow. Skating goofy and playing hardcore on default settings.

Can do the switch bs tail, but my fakie full cab flip that follows only gets to around 270. This registers as a half cab flip. If I force the last bit, it counts as a half cab flip revert. If I try to use the sticks to speed up the rotation, it tries catching the board. Can’t seem to get that last little bit of rotation for it to register as a full cab flip. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe you could make your pop height higher or lower the gravity a little so you can get the full spin. I used the sticks to speed up the rotation which works fine since I don't use manual catch, which I specifically don't use because it limits some maneuverability as you just explained.

Yep, go into Options, Gameplay, and Advanced (I think), then you can customize just about everything your skater does. For this challenge I increased the spin speed a lot, then when the challenge was over just set it back to normal.

Thank you guys. Went in and messed around with the settings. Set my rotation to ‘pressure’ and got the full line about 5 tries later (and then took pressure back off as I thought it was gross,)
Not sure if Xbox has gravity options etc, I will take a deeper dive soon though.

The stats menu has all kinds of options, I don't remember how to navigate to it, but if you hold "start" instead of just press it then you open directly into the stats menu where you can switch to custom and change everything. (it is on xbox)

Easiest way to do it with manual catch is having 'No Release' set in Grind Settings(!!?!).
Start the fullcab and just drag the foot around with the stick and it autocatches with almost guaranteed timing, and makes it spin fast enough. (Not sure if it's any easier or harder on auto catch, as I hardly ever tried it) But the 'No Release' setting autocatches almost any sideway flip, and gives you sidways/full control over board direction before the peak of the 'trick/ollie'
