never tried modding the game so it's deffo not that pathetic excuse...everything was fine 4 hours ago before the 0.0.0.8 update...
Since deleting everything having to do tutorial and quests again :(
before today update all was good
that said, I have had luck getting textures to load after lowering everything and then raising things here and there to test and see what gives the most enjoyable experience, and now that seems to be at 720p with high settings and bloom set to standard, textures set to epic.
and now, thanks to allwaysultra, those launch options didn't help me, but you did prompt me to look up other launch options to use, and this has fixed the texture issue for me completely:
-useallavailablecores -notexturestreaming
I can run at 1080p with epic settings, no texture problems, and in fact textures never become blurry when the game tries to unload them. after all that, though, I think the high settings preset works great for me.
