Anyways it's difficult to agree with the main point of this thread if you're a modder. Unfortunately the modding community started modding this game awhile ago and honestly character mods and maps are basically the update non-modders have been waiting for. If I was DEVlead I'd buyout the mod community and add the features the steam game.
'bro' are you joking? The "ea skate community" doesn't exist and hasn't for a decade. EA actually ignored it's "skate community", a community which was doggedly asking for a sequel or more/updated content that entire time. Heck, it's even been a year since they announced skate 4 and we haven't heardanything about it since. Session has added several things, content and physics-wise, over that period; things produced by a tiny team in comparison. This is an indie game in early access, this prolonged development period isn't uncommon.
This mug thinks EA will engage with the community when the "skate community" has been begging for Skate 4 for years and years and EA ignored them. Isn't it amazing that once hype is built up around Session/SkaterXL, EA smell the money and go "Ye..we're going to deliver now"?
The only reason Skate 4 is being made now is because EA see how popular Session/SkaterXL has become. They know if they make a Skate 4 now, morons like yourself will pump loads of money into it for micro-transactions. You'd probably prefer to pay £5 for a new set of wheels each time though because I get the feeling you're only a youngster who's been raised on micro-transactions and don't understand games without them. Your multi-cap "Ya BuT iTs NoT aPpEaLiNg To tHe EA SkAtE cOmMuNiTy" shows us you're on the younger side, you melt.
honestly tho the game is mad ill. but i mean ye i got what ye sayin i feel ye. so lemme put it like this. ok you want an update cuz well you want the game to be more polished. well guess what we all want that
but what do you specifically mean.
i mean on my end i'd like to have a world that is alive
Lmao you two have never stepped on a skateboard in your life. Good riddance. Go play sGAYter XL or skate 3

tbh, if you dont skate irl SKATE may be the better option as it is, just like THPS, more arcade'ish. Easier to get into.
If you skate irl session is the way to go. Thats pretty much it.
You can't realy compare a simulator and an arcade'ish game.
Its like compairing Microsoft Flight Simulator and Star Fox because they both have flying vehicles.
