lol i dont even get what you want to ask :D
They're asking if you did it down stairs or ledge. doing a 180 is possible on flat but 270 is about as far as it seems you can go on flat.
They are talking about the tre-flip :
The deck do a 360 shuv it + a kick flip, the skater does not turn
You can do this tricks on the ground, like all the skaters in the world :)
At the moment, I don't know how to land a 360- flip in session, on flat
if by chance you meant a 360 flip/trey flip, you mentioned to controls on how to do them here. Try doing a little over half a circle.
if you meant body 360 then yea what I mentioned before :D

but for FS 360 kickflip then yea youll have to do it off a ledge or something to give you a little more room to turn. Holding the right trigger if goofy or left trigger if regular.
