lets say you do a bs tail (goofy) so you have your left stick on the right (3oclock) then to do the shuvit out you move the left stick either to the up or down position (12 or 6) and the right stick you flick to the left (9)
so it is basically a shuvit tiltet 90°
all tricks you want to do out of a tail or noseslide you have to tilt your control input 90°
for examle if you want do do a kickflip out you flick the right stick up (heelflip down)
The best approach for me to get clean shuvits or bigspins out of all slides/grinds:
- First always find the clean flipless ollie out direction. This one is normally the opposite direction of the input you are holding a grind/silde (for example: goofy bs crooks - about 200 degrees, means down/slightly left)
- Then simply add the rotation for the shuvit or bigspin + trigger input on the grind/slide foot before popping out
- If you mess up getting back into flipping move back to step one
Works also for board- and lipslides, but the input then has to be a bit quicker as you have to release the flip foot before the shuv movement starts.
