falls to the ground loop

Just start, the skater falls to the ground and gets into a loop and i can do nothing, my ps4 controller not answer any button,I can play with another games...How can I fix it?

I have tried all options possible and in lower graphics i can move a skater 3 pushes and controller lose the controls, the character starts shacking and fall down and start do in circles.
I think is maybe a graphic card, but i dont konw, i can play another games without problems

If your past the tutorial, pause the game and select "go to apartment", then leave apartment to skate again. Happened to me as well.

On the other hand, you might need to get a new controller made for PC.

Of course, but it dosent works...I have an Nvidia geforce gt 625 (OEM),would be rigth....i dont know what is the problem, i unistall a game and install, i try to reboot the pc and nothing, its like a heartquake and i see under the scene and then clouds and all this things in loop...its seems that the game is broken

I cant pass the tutorial, in fact i cant start to play. The player gets up and start the problems.

Have you tried turning all graphics down in game? Are you playing on a laptop?

Are buttons sticking on your controller?

L2 and R2 steer the skater.

Yes, I have tried what you say,i have lowed resolution, updated gpu drivers, unistalled and installed,rebooted pc...and nothing change, the player starts shacking, he fall down and then is like graphics are broken...like a bug....im playing on a pc not a laptop,

Do you have any control of the skater, when the game starts? Do you have access to another controller to try?

Do you have multiple controllers connected? For example, DS4, Flight Stick, Rudder Pedals etc?

that is what happens, i dont have any control of the skater...
i have tried to play with 2 diferent ps controllers .. but it does the same..i think the controller is not the problen cause i can play another games.

its a pity i cant send any image or video to see what happen... it is very weird

Well, if you have a Flight stick hooked up, it can take presidence over other controllers at times. And cause issue's like this.
