You need to be more specific as this statement makes no sense. There are plenty of Professional Skaters that reposition their front foot prior to ollie and flip trick pops before approaching an obstacle.
Physics behind this is rather simple as in regular stance front foot placement over the front truck provides more stability than being positioned before it. It is also easier to distribute weight to turn and line up to an obstacle with the front foot further up on the board opposed to being in the ollie position.
