Specifically, names of tricks with diagrams/photos showing details?
I've seen such things in various skate mags and sites online, but I'm interested from your perspective because you throw these words around like you know what they mean.
Cheers :)
I've snowboarded myself for 20+ years but didn't start skateboarding until I was in my late 30's. Gave up soon after due to not being able to heal quick enough to make it worthwhile (yeah, I'm not that good).
Thanks :)
Don't know if I'm allowed to link their pages, but their are sites. Go for example to brailleskateboarding. Just found it for you and others who struggle with the limited ammount of basic infos about tricks in the game, totally understand its hard to have fun without knowing what tricks you perform. Bet it's on the list of crea-ture, they look like they are on a well planned mission.
Meanwhile the site should help for identifying and understanding tricks. Its kinda irl skateboarding school, but they have a basic flip/shove-it list with videos, and even without being complete in any way, they repesent also a bit the current trends with laser and bigspin flips (Casper and impossibles don't seem to be in game (yet)). The videos should also tell you how these tricks are properly perfromed. Keep in mind you can perform every trick in regular, fakie, switch and nollie, so you got for sure enough to try out for some days.
And because I'm dumb, also check out the Berrics, trickipedia, for seeing pros doin tricks they are well known for! Goes form low level ollies to stuff I can't imagine. A all time favorite for me is Neen Williams with fakie heelflips, because of his incredible unique style on this tricks and normal heelflips.
Have fun!
