Speedrun Strats?

It seems like the devs have patched the exploit that allowed Ninja to jump through walls; at least I can't produce it, when I can consistenly in the original.
What else has been patched?
Has anyone found useful glitches/exploits that weren't possible in the original?

not so far but you still can jump through walls with vent slide glitch its hard to do and its realy useless
