Help for earth shrine

Hello, I manage to find how to get mana crystal, then I found how to send power to my earth shrine to finally recharge crystals to use them again, but HOW do I use the earth shrine to regenerate depleted ores ?

considering its free after the initial costs have been paid i would say its pretty good.though mines mining depleted sources at full speed anyway is broken atm so the better way to go
