Blue Coins

I feel rather numb, but I don't seem to be able to produce anything to sell that gives blue coins. I can't further my research without them, and anything capable of producing them is locked up in the research queue. I have bandages that says it would pay blue coins IF I had an apothecary, otherwise it pays red at the market.

If anyone's interested, don't skip ahead in the research. That's what happened, I researched Logistics too quickly and locked myself out of being able to make blue coins.

You can make (blue) coins by selling directly to houses until you unlock/build the market for it.

I got the same problem. Nothing seems to give me blue coins. I can get purple coins for some things but nothing sells for blue coins.
I read in a wiki that steel wheels give blue coins but if my guy doesn't even wanna carry it to a house. What else gives blue coins?
Where do you usually sell things for blue coins? I only have one more thing to research and then I need blue coins to advance.

A lot off stuff at the apothecary sells for blue coins, and some of it isn't a lot of work. Ointment is made with herb and fish oil and sells for 10 blue.

IIRC: apothecary is now gated by base lvl. so if you only research and dont upgrade your base, it can look like you boxed yourself in.

As mentioned blue coins can also be obtained by delivering straight to houses.
