Ok I found out the source of the problem. Deluxe folder is replaced by EmptySteamDepot. So whenever you try to download deluxe edition extras, it downloads an 0 KB empty steam depot folder. Old downloads are also overwritten after the update. Did devs accidentally delete the deluxe edition content :D

The problem with FLAC music files is that you simply forgot to add certain informations to those files during the release of Little Nightmares 2. Which prevents FLAC files to be detected as an album. This problem does not exist for MP3 files since all the information is there. (These informations are artist names, album name, song name etc.)
A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: File name is not the same thing as song name.

please make the next patch be they fix the achivements. There's times u won't get achivements if u are not online. I literaly finished the game i play it twice and i can not have all the achivements just because this stupid bug.

If you've bought the Nomes In The Attic DLC, it will start automatically when you get into the attic in the Hunter's House. A little nome will appear when you've grabbed the key and pull out the drawer to climb down the ladder.
