The Nomes Attic DLC is missing from the Digital Content Pack

If you bought the Deluxe Edition, it's included.
If you buy the Digital Content Pack, it's not included even though it's advertised as below in the DLC page (it's the reason I bought it).

Purchase the Digital Content Bundle and receive the following digital content:

- The Nome's Attic DLC
Follow the Nomes to find this special in-game puzzle and unlock the Nomes’ hat as a reward upon completion.

Many of us are having this issue, is there an expected fix or any word from the devs?
If the DLC was incorrectly advertised, that's fair enough but are we able to get refunds to then purchase the Deluxe Edition?

I just really want that Nome hat. :)

Same problem, thought it was because I was doing something wrong but I have tried different things and nothing works.

Same exact situation for me. I hope it gets fixed, because if we can only get refunds to buy the deluxe edition I don't think I'll be able to keep the mokujin hat unless there's some sort of transfer system.
