I'm sure steam promised free wallpapers, icons (don't really know what they are) and a big scetchbook for people who pre-ordered the game. Did you get it? Personally, I didn't and i have no idea where to search for info

Those were never for people who pre-ordered, those are for the people that purchased the digital deluxe. You only get an exclusive hat

you could preorder the digital deluxe, which is what I did.
content is in the folders in the game directory.,
