Morgue Teddy Bear with Key Inside Glitch

In the morgue you have to get one of the teddy bears and scan it through the X ray to find a key inside. I watched a yt video where there were 2 teddy bears in the room, one with and one without the key. I seem to have a glitch where only one teddy bear is in the room and it doesn't have the key, anyone know how to fix this?

It is a well known glitch. Sometimes objects are simply not rendered but they're in place. Minor thing but it became a real hassle when they're key object of the game (pun not intended).
Try grab everywere in the room near where the second teddy should be, you will eventually grab it.
