Fuse doesn't spawn??

At the hospital (chapter 3) in the area where you kill the very first moving hand, there should be a fuse on the table. However I couldn't see any but when I walked to its spot on the table and pressed the grab button, I actually carried something which seems to be an invisible fuse.

Anyone else had the issue of the fuse not being visible on the table?

Not with fuse, but i remember i pick up some invisible items and when i played second time, everything was visible in the same place. Then i assume restart should work.

You recall what you picked up? It also got fixed when restarting at the checkpoint in my case, but I found this bug quite peculiar.

Ye, it was in place where you need push cart to not be electrocuted, and go to next room where you jump on the table on your way to the switch and there was nothing on this table. This seemed suspicious to me, so I started running around the table and saw myself picking up something. So actually, it wasn't just one item, but everything that was on the table was invisible :P I don't remember exactly what items was there, but some generic what u can find in this level.
