Having the Digital Deluxe edition but still cant get mokujin hat

It says you can get the mokujin hat if you have the digital deluxe edition, which I have, but I don't have the hat? Is this a bug or can you not get it with the digital deluxe edition?

I'm in the same boat, I've done everything from the sticky thread, short of asking about it on the publisher's website form[service-en.bandainamcoent.eu]. (Not a high priority for me, so I keep forgetting I stashed the link away to do that later.)
