LN2 launch on steam deck (non steam version)

Howdy! LAunching the non steam version of the game the deck returns the error that ms visuall c++ runtime is required, is there a way to do that simply? I guess the steam client does it fr that version but I'm using heroic games launcher for my version.

Same problem on Steam Deck with steam version when starting enhanced edition.

EDIT: Just switched to latest Proton (compatibility settings). Now the c++ runtime error is gone (even when switching to another Proton version afterwards).
