Credits stuck in a loop?

I beat the game for the first time, the credits are definitely repeating, and I can find no way to back out. I haven't gotten the stuff that lets you see the post-credits scene. I had to alt-f4 out. Any idea what's up?

uh no the credeits are just relaly long and they just wanna show you the devs from every country etc. it straight up takes like 20 minutes to go through the credits not joking

PS there is no post credits scene so there is no loss at escaping

No, I definitely left it up for longer than 20 minutes, and I took note of the company names and realized that it started and looped back around to Tarsier Studios after the big block of text at the end.

By "post credits scene" I meant the secret scene you get if you find all the remnants. I don't know if that affects how the credits play out.

the scene plays out before the credits is what I mean. but yeah its most likely a bug or something? otherwise there is no consequence to exiting out of the credits anyway but the devs might fix it.

This happened to me as well.
