Mannequin Room

I've seen others post about this, but I cannot seem to pass this board. Its the mannequin room where it seems as if every scary mannequin is chasing you. I play with the PC and would love some tips on how to get past this part. I wish he would focus the flashlight on the chasers, but apparently I have to do that part. I saw someone post about using the mouse and I have tried, but keep failing. Ugggggghhhhh. Thanks for any tips!

Use right stick to aim the Flashlight so you can walk backwards

Either that or you can spin around in circles using the flashlight.
If you've played the original and the third dlc than this won't be much of an issue.

The original had a "Secret's of The Maw" expansion pack that introduced 3 new chapters named "The Depths", "The Hideaway" and finally "The Residence". All with much better puzzles than the base game (3rd DLC especially) and arguably better and same level monster sequences like The Janitor and his sections were.

I won't spoil much but the 1st DLC is basically an improvement over "The Shoe Monster" (Which I doubt many remember due to how minor and brief it was in the 2nd chapter of the base game).

The 2nd DLC is a bit puzzle oriented than usual and was actually the 1st thing to introduce an AI companion to the franchise through the Gnomes, which is basically something the sequel took credit for despite Six having very little depth to her interactions and thus barely being an improvement aside from bugs.

The 3rd DLC is highly puzzle oriented like the 2nd DLC and was the first thing in the franchise to introduces the flashlight mechanics in this game (something the devs for some reason copied and pasted to the sequel instead of introducing new mechanics for The Patients in the first place).

The DLC's only cost $3 each and $7 in total and I thought it was worth it since I found them to be way better than the third chapter of the base game and the other 2 that came after it.

Rllyrg -- Sorry to be annoying, but I'm new to all of this. I tried to buy the DLC's and it said I already own the game. So I Googled how to access it - by selecting Chapter Selection - and it doesnt show me the DLC info. I play on my PC. Do you have any idea how to access it? Thanks!

Have you've been trying to buy the base game again?
If so, you have to scroll down to the dlc part below where you buy the base game and then buy the dlc's.

Also, if it says you already own the DLCs/Expansion pack specifically, than you might have to restart your computer and then it should show up in your chapter selection. If not then you might need to verify the game files or its just a Steam issue.

Thank you for showing me LN1. I do have that and I was trying to do the Chapter Selection via LN2 LOL. I went to LN1 and was able to do it!! Thanks for your help!!

No problem!
Also, have you've made sure that they are available in Chapter Select?
It should only start out with the 1st DLC and unlock progressively like the main game's Chapters.

They are all visible, and I've started "The Depths". I haven't checked to see if I can access the others because I didn't want my progress to be erased.

It seems to be looking alright on a technical standpoint so far.
But also make sure to be prepared for that depressing ending .
And just enjoy the expansion pack as a whole especially after the first 5 minutes of the start of the 1st DLC.

The first one scared me! I am not a fan of having something chase me in the water lol. I did complete the 2nd as well. Will start the 3rd next week :)
