Looks great and right up my ancient filled haunted decrepid street..................but whens it out???? Today??? Would be nice if someone could give us a heads up!! ;)

So whenever I start the game while not connected to the internet (steam in offline mode), none of the mods I've subscribed show up. Do you really have to be online to play DLC content (which would be really sad), or am I doing something wrong? I like this game very much but I can't be online much, so a way to play while not connected to the interwebs would be nice....

Not sure if there is going to be one for how to get every achievement in the game without getting them blind or for how to gain elder signs to unlock the conditions over time by doing hidden objectives, so will there be more of them in the future other than the one for the Defense achievement? And for the question, if i unlock things with the elder signs will they stay permanently unlocked or do i have to re unlock them each time i play the 6 rounds?...
