No Free Camera Rotation, Why?

I find it very stupid to not be able to freely rotate the camera without the use of build button. It should be moving the left/right with the RS in the controller and moving the mouse while holding Alt or just using the keyboard arrows for free camera rotation.

Is there any real reason why it's not implemented? No.
Is it hard to implement? No.

Only stupidity.

THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO IMPLEMENT IT. IT'S JUST LAZY PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO. IT'S A STUPID MECHANIC THAT'S EASY TO ADD.

THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I STOPPED PLAYING IT. IT WAS ANNOYING NOT TO BE ABLE TO DO IT AND IT ANNOYS A LOT
