How to lock fps to 144? In-game settings there are only 60 and 30 options available. I do not see any reason to render the game at 400+ fps.

for nvidia you can cap on the control panel something like max frames and then it'll cap while in game u'll have to search on yt how to do it but its fairly simple.

You can lock your frame rate to 144 by going into the games graphics settings and turning on VSync and selecting Unlimited as the Frame Rate Limit. VSync will cap your frame rate based on the set refresh rate of your monitor even if the frame rate is set to unlimited. This also applies to any other games if you encounter the same problem again in the future.
