Infinite loading

i updated windows and all drivers,and reinstall,but my game still stuck in loading 'cannot do this right now',

Hey ACore!

Here to help and see what we can do to can solve this! Do you mind if I could get a bit more information?: Does this happen when you try to launch the game from the start, or when you're creating a world? And if it's the latter, does this occur in Saga Mode and/or Survival Mode?

We've seen some players get past this by trying the following:

- See if the game needs any updates
- Verifying Microsoft Visual C++ is installed
- Uninstall Sonic Studio
- Try verifying Steam files
- Make sure VPN isn't interfering, or anti virus
- Reboot your PC
- Reinstall the game
- Reinstall using the Saved folder delete process (Uninstall the game, enter "%localappdata%" in your Windows search bar, find TOM, make a copy of the "Saved" folder on your Desktop for security and delete the original save folder. Then, reinstall the game.)
- Delete the Saved folder just like the fix above, but without uninstalling the game.

Hey there,
i also have this problem right know, i just changed the resolution of the game, in the Gameoptions. Game told me to restart the game, so i did.
Well once restarting the game, the error "You can't do this right know" appeares and it is loading for ever.

I did do all of the above mentioned by the Dev, but nothing changed. I also changed the setting in the config file manually. But did not resolved the error.
Even installing the game on a new drive, with regdata cleaning before did not help.

I'm stuck StepDev pls help :D

Just bought the game and I can't even play cause I'm stuck loading the game initially.

same issue here, infinite loading the last 4 days - worked 1 time today, but relog showed the same issue again!

Okay, I figured out on my end it was because I had Epic Online Services blocked at the hosts level. So it might be an issue with that Epic Online Services not being able to communicate with your computer for one reason or another.

Only resolution I found was making sure Epic Online Services wasn't blocked from my pc. I had done that at one point because a *different* game that was on both storefronts did an infinite load because I only owned the game on Steam, not on Epic. That's the only issue/solution I was able to find, and unblocking EOS worked to get rid of the infinite loading for me.
