Story Mode + Teleports/Shrines

Are there shrines on other islands when you travel on the boats? I've been running around for ages on other islands, and can't seem to find any. I'm not much a fan of having to make a boat every time I die, and no where online tells me if there are or not.

In Story Mode mode you have to craft shrines and place them yourself. You can craft them from your Allforge

Thanks! It took us WAY too long to realize we can actually craft them -.- we weren't looking at all the tabs LOL
