Temperature Management with Nothing to Hide?

Simple question honestly: Been having fun running around with a bunch of Nothing to Hide runes running around with friends and kind of grumbling at the lack of options for dealing with temperature swings in zones. Food doesn't last that long unfortunately.

Are there runes that compensate for/negate the temperature issue (like a "you don't overheat" rune)?

Heatproof and coldproof elixir II are better than food, the resistance lasts 4 minutes.

Coldblood rune doesn't negate the temperature but you regenerate 100HP when you are cold.
Surtr and Hel runes nullify temperature effect, Surtr for hot temperature and Hel for cold temperature.

there is one actually from the lava guy (cant be bothered to look up his name, its the ancient from the volcano area, you get to even swim in lava whit that rune you get from defeating him, tho the zone itself is hot, i never really have any issues whit hot temp its always cold and that gets fixed upon getting a full purple set of armor, there are also starter sets that give you runes that make you more resitend against hot and cold weathers, tho idk how much it gives you since i never found those runes outside of the kit. Also i think hell gives you a rune that nullifies cold but again another ancient. By the time you get these 2 you already most likely have armor to deal whit it in the first place.

Thanks guys. I know I could be using armour, I just started off naked due to a friend being like, "Oh hey, I got these 'you can do more damage by being naked' runes, want'em?" and wanted to run with the build. >3
