How to relocate storage chest and delete/dismantle built items

Hi folks,

I'm fairly new to the game and there are some things i couldn't figure out.

- Can you relocate storage chests?
I built one in the middle of my house. Wanted to relocate it to somewhere else, but couldn't find any relocate option for built items in the building menu. And i can also not delete/dismantle it. If i dismantle it, the floor under the chest gets deleted, but not the chest. Is this normal?

- How can you dismantle single building elements?
If I have a floor with a wall on it, and want to delete the wall by placing the yellow building box on it, and press and holde "F", the floor gets deleted too.
Is there a way to delete only specific building pieces?
