For the weapon use the one with the best dps you've got.
For the blessing, take all the skill that boost your dps, line 17, take only the first one Thurd's wrath, when the rage is full, your attack speed is improved and stay at maximum until you stop attacking, the second one, wrath unleashed, unleash a blast when the rage is full so you lose the full attack speed during a moment.
Use the Hymir's pot too when it's up, you get a damage boost for a short time.

but it's not really efficient since the fight itself might be fast but it requires a lot of preparation before hand mostly farming reptile scales:-)
