Quests in new Survival-Mode?

I am trying to kill Fenrir - but i need quest shards to enter. How do i get them in the new survial mode?
Is there a Building Option for your own questboard or something?
Can someone give me a hint?

PS: New Mode is way better than before.

next to the healer you can choose quest and do em for quest fragments. i got them elsewhere too but not sure where

Where do i find the healer in the New Survial - Mode?
Again, i am not asking about Saga Mode. This new mode, where you start with nothing and you have to build up your own village.

I see 3 Options:
1. I am really blind
2. You have to build the quest-board in later stages of your village
3. You have to explore the whole world in hopes of finding a quest-giver.

I think that was an out of date post. the OLD survival had the village, with healer next to the quest board.

after killing the dark boss and got some of her hair
look in your mining ... thing. where you refine stone and iron
there's another tab to make something there, it will help with this.

Yeah, my bad. Last time i played was s1 played one game since then and did not use the quest board since. It's the way it was. Currently i have no idea, but the posts above might help

ok, yeah. if there is a way to get quest fragments "naturally" I haven't found it. however, after killing angrboda, you get her hair. which lets you build the artifact alter. lets you craft all the fragment types. 2 ancient cores per quest fragment.
