Not really. I just prefer to play as a viking in a game about viking mythology, and not an African. Literally blacks and Nords are exact opposites, it really breaks the history and culture that follows Nords.

Thanks. Just told them twice...
You sure you two aren't just racist? It's a game. If I'm black irl, why can't I be ingame?
Are you serious dude? It's a fantasy computer game. Using magic isn't a thing in reality either and neither is being a purple teddy bear. Find better ways to channel your racism, dude. Or better yet, come out of your bubble and become a world citizen.
"A small number of Vikings had black—or brown—skin, according to reliable historical evidence."

The Abolition of Slavery in 1848.
These aren't even legit sources, let alone they're not even on the topic of Nordic culture or mythology. This whole article is so obviously biased and deliberately trying to misrepresent Nordic history.
I'm not going to believe some cherry picked article written by some soyboy, numale , neckbeard. I know my history. A poorly written internet article isn't going to change it.
Don't worry. The "This game is too woke because it includes women (political) and blacks (unrealistic)" crowd is dying out. These people are making less and less sense everyday.
