Black Vikings?

Why are there so many options for characters and portraits that are obviously not Nordic in even a slight way? I understand having the ability to customize your character but for a game about Nordic vikings this seems more like I'm fighting for Wakanda.

You do know that if they were raiding, they were taking slave, and some could be black. Some could ALSO convert to nordic tradition, and so become a viking ?

its not difficult. even in their stories there is no mention of any blacks. its un-immersive.

Not really. I just prefer to play as a viking in a game about viking mythology, and not an African. Literally blacks and Nords are exact opposites, it really breaks the history and culture that follows Nords.

Are you serious dude? It's a fantasy computer game. Using magic isn't a thing in reality either and neither is being a purple teddy bear. Find better ways to channel your racism, dude. Or better yet, come out of your bubble and become a world citizen.

No they weren't. There we no black even remotely close to northern Europe during that era. That's a load of crap.
