Refund price issues.

I bough the deluxe package but it will only refund price of the simple edition which is 19,99 euro's when it says refunding deluxe edition.
The refund price is not correct since I paid 29.98 Euro's

Some dlc's will say they are excluded from refunds but that should only be in-game money/items you use up and are gone, I don't see why you cannot refund the full deluxe as it is cosmestics stuck with you, very scummy if they done this on purpose

Yeah it was sold as a deluxe edition and not as a base game with additional content.

For me there were two separate items I could refund so I put in a request for both.
