Set knowledge points

Hello,

Anyone who know how to adjust the knowledge points in a scenario (the amount of knowledge points before unlocking a new tech)?

I haven't been able to find any docs on it anywhere

Parameters
TechCostMultiplier: Decimal Number (default: 1)
