How to start modding?
I don't see many mods on nexus (only 6) and only scenarios and translations on the steam workshop. I was wondering where I could learn to start modding this game as looking through posts and searching the web yielded nothing.

Also if someone knows, what are the current limitations of modding? As in can we only change certain things?

There is a guide in the guides section by martino with very basic information on modding, what we really need is some kind of GUI tool interface like Kenshi offers with it's FCS editor to streamline this process and make it more accessible, IMO.
