Our new game: The Mobius Machine

Hello Everyone!

As you might already know we've announced our new project The Mobius Machine.

So I wanted to address the question that is probably on every Planetbase and Dawn of Man fan: why the change of genre, and why not another city builder?

From an economic point of view, that would have been probably the best idea, we already have plenty of experience making strategy games, and a large community that likes our city builders.

The main reason to make a totally different game is our personal motivation: At this stage, we feel like what we needed was a fresh challenge, a project where we face new problems and have to push ourselves to learn new things.

I personally have plenty of ideas for city builder and strategy games which I'm hoping to implement in the future, but at this point in time we felt like this was the right choice.

We want to take this chance to thank the everyone, as you made it possible for a small studio like us to make a living from creating games, which is a dream come true.

We love games, and apart from obviously having to make money to earn a living, we really enjoy the communication with players and hopefully bringing people a bit of entertainment and joy.

As fans of DoM and planetbase, we waited for two years and frequently checked the update status of both games. When the developers announced that the game was complete, I wasn't surprised. I thought they were developing another city builder, but the result was disappointing.

consider creating some DLC for dawn of man ... bringing new things, there's still a lot to improve.

Interesting. Graphically it looks captivating, but I am not a side scroll player. However, Dawn of Man was a really great game, I have enjoyed my time playing it.
