trader issue?

Anyone else having a trader glitch? The trader arrived and it spawned nonstop notifications. And is stuck in my town. I cannot receive new notifications and my people will not listen. When trying to trade with this trader it crashes the game completely. I cannot continue this save state. Anyone know of a fix?

update: started a new game, and this happened again with the second trader that came. Game is not seeming very playable with this happening. Bummer.

Yes, though the notification spam happens very often, the crash (ArgumentOutofBoundsException) doesn't happen that much. Still you would need to save often. I hope you also sent a crash report by email.

even after continuing the save slot, that same trader comes back and glitches the game. I cannot get any further into the scenario. If I try to continue with the glitch happening, all of the buttons stop working eventually even after reload and exiting the game completely. I've saved before and after this happens and it doesn't fix nor stop the issue. I've also tried creating a completley new game and the same thing happened. I cannot progress at all
