Im using a Dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming an the framerate is super low. how can this be?

What video card do you have? Game should be very optimized.

You're funny. I have the same computer but an older version with a GTX 1050 4GB. However fps for me is at a constant 61.

To OP, have you updated your graphic drivers?

yeah they are fresh updated. Its kind of weird because it sruns super smooth and the next moment it doesnt. Like periodic low framerate. Very strange...

I think maybe game runs on integrated gpu instead regular one ? Some notebooks have two GPUs.. one very poor one normal for games.. check in driver setting and set this 1060 as default?..

I ran the game without any problems on as low as GTX 650 TI. I think it's probably either some software or hardware issue on you side.

i have similar issue on 2080ti, running fine at a 90+ fps for a bit, then drops to 40-50 for a bit, then back up again. have issues with Green Hell aswell, but other then that all other games runs great nps

Keep your Task Manager open while playing, and when the slow downs happen ALT+TAB to check what's slowing your computer down.

Hi guys, I am playing on Mac, specs below:

MacBook Pro 2016
2.9GHz i5
8GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB

I know it's kind of a potato. I have turned down the graphic settings to lowest which still looks ok to me but I have the feeling the game is not 100% smooth (and still very early game)
I have activated the steam fps reader while playing. It shows an average of 35-40 fps BUT I also do feel that having this option on does reduce my fps in game...

Simple question: can I play throughout the game and still enjoy the experience or should I come back later when I have a better machine?
