Tower HP too low?
One of the few gripes I actually have is that towers seem to be destroyed too fast.

Yeah, I know, been doing that. Just wish the towers were a bit more reliable in order to make a better looking town, hating the tower walls in the game.

i agree they seem to fold after a few spears. even the upgraded ones
Swordfish Mar 10, 2019 @ 1:04am
Agreed. Too much resources invested to have them knocked over after a few shots from the bow or spears...

Agree, tower way under power in HP. where did you see spears breaking a tower anyway. They need much more HP. I do not want to SPAM towers. Looks Awful.

Also agree.

Not only is the tower HP too low, but they should only really be destroyed when a raider with an axe can get to them. Otherwise, they should provide a level of protection. Perhaps the protection should diminish as it absorbs damage, but I don't know why a tower would ever be destroyed with spears and arrows.

stone walls also feel like tofu...

I don't see the issue. They provide your settlers a few shots without taking any damage in return. It is much more than just 2 shots. Same with walls.

You build them in clusters as you get bigger, since raiders get larger in numbers. Repairing them costs very little, building them is nothing since you already have the resource structure in place by the time you begin cluster building.

If anything walls are the most annoying part, since each 'post' costs 1 log, which takes a long time to finish. Either they need to increase the size of the wall area per 1 log or change the resource cost to something faster to obtain.

Looks expensive to maintain, and very easily scratched.

This is mine. And with it I still loses 20 lives every year (perplexingly mostly old folks) in my current play.

Ya, one or 2 tower, or a wall section crumbled after an attack, I take it more a scratch than an actual issue, unless I am wrong?

Given the odds it would probably needs to get alot more bigger then the current I will likely get stuck at around 150 to 180 max~(might need to pull in a lot of rock, when I reach 90 to 100 pop), as for defense I would not be so sure.

Hell, this is challenging even a year without raiders old folks death of old age also become a huge hinder in my current play.

I agree, its ugly and not realistic with so many towers.
