Question about console versions. Are they keyboard and mouse compatible?

I would prefer to play this on my PS4, but games like this work best with keyboards and mice. I am curious if it is compatible.

My laptop is dying and I don't have the ability to buy a new one, so please no console vs cpu arguements.

They aren't, the console versions are played with the pad only, as the UI has been changed to make it more pad friendly.
