Edge scrolling

Edge Scrolling is broken for anyone who has a multi monitor setup. Unlike every other game I've encountered, it simply lets the mouse off the edge where the other monitor is, even in full screen mode, meaning I can't edge scroll at all to the left, in my case. Also, as soon as any other program has focus, DoM minimizes itself for some reason. So about 50% of my game is slipping off the screen then having to bring the window back up. Enough to make me not play it. I'd rather have no edge scrolling at all than whatever this broken mess is.

Also, it really needs settable scrolling speed for both edge scrolling and nav key scrolling. It's WAY too fast by default.

Edit to add: It's not just edge scrolling - I can rarely even middle mouse pan, because the pointer slips off the screen the same, defocuses the window and minimises.
