Rude bosses behave the same across all difficulty modes, the main thing that changes is the damage they dish out. Without rude enemies enabled, there's some slight differences between easy, normal, and hard (bosses acting slower on easy, bosses acting faster on hard and having some slight changes), but we thought it would get messy to balance rude bosses separately across all three, hence why it's like this.
ok thank you!

Do you mean rude bosses on hard do not act faster than rude bosses on easy and do not have any slight changes? This is different from the regular mode. Are rude bosses on easy designed even harder than regular bosses on hard?

By the way, Ne ga's target finalizer deals 10 damage on normal and 16 damage on hard, how many damage does it deal on easy? And I calculated its damage on hard with the debuff of function overload and Fading Onyx is 37, is this the highest damage throughout the game?

rude boss + hard mode is the same as rude boss + normal mode? im not sure to understand in fact :x

Yes, rude+easy, rude+normal and rude+hard the only behavorial difference is the damage they dish out. There is no difference in action speeds or patterns. Although, I forgot to mention that bosses have more health if rude+hard is enabled (this is mentioned in patch notes for 1.2.0, but slipped my mind).

So, for clarification, here's a full list of differences:

Easy mode:
  • Generally all damage sources deal less damage (set by case-by-case basis)
  • Regular enemies have -1 health
  • Bosses take more time between their actions
  • Post-hit iframes last 50% longer for player (150frames)
  • Repair costs at checkpoints hike up at a slower rate
  • Emergency Heal heals little more

Hard Mode:
  • Generally all damage sources deal more damage (set by case-by-case basis)
  • Regular enemies have +1 health
  • Bosses take less time between their actions, have other altered behavior
  • Post-hit iframes are 20% shorter for player (80frames)
  • Repair costs at checkpoints start at a higher initial value (200, as opposed to 100)
  • Emergency Heal heals little less
  • Hazards (spikes, lava, getting crushed) pierce iframes, meaning you always take damage from hazards, where as on easy/normal they do not incur any damage if you're in post-hit iframes.

Normal mode is between those two (post-hit iframes last 100f, etc).

Rude Enemies basically does:
  • Alter regular enemy and boss behavior
  • Bosses' wait time between actions is not affected by easy/normal/hard; rude enemies use their own
  • If hard mode is enabled with rude enemies, bosses have more health.

However, the listed differences between modes otherwise apply (like rude+easy regular enemies have less health, rude+easy things do less damage than rude+hard, etc).

I'm on the final boss with Rude Enemies on hard mode right now, i can confirm it is a pain. You have to do Kernel pretty much perfectly if you want to come into it without having either no health or no Burst, even with Nullifing Layer on.
After losing a few times I found a cheese. My trick to beating him was the Invincible Slide part. I-frames on command allowed me to play the long game. I'd recommend Nullifying layer too, for the damage reduction and the Repair burst. I was using the Bit color palette going in just assuming the extra speed would be handy for the stage and his attacks. Turns out it worked well with the parts I ended up using.

Hash's palette works wonders too, given that you can essentially telefrag the ennemies he spawns in phase 3, and i'm pretty sure it opens up his armor instantly too (or at least deals very good damage to it)

On rude+hard mode, all bosses have more health but the final boss does not. Is this intentional?
