King Tide or Last Tide??????

So everyone/everything (including this community) refers to this game as King Tide except for the Steam Store that has it listed as Last Tide but the description also says Last Tide. You literally can't find it on the Steam store if you search for "King Tide".

Confusion in the game title is very concerning. I love Depth but the biggest downfall to the game is the lack of players (though this game still has shortest queue times ever some how :) I feel like not enough people have even ever heard of the game and it wasn't marketed very well.

It's mistakes like this that prevent people from noticing the game even exists.

Not trying to be rude, Digital Confectioners is awesome and I want this to succeed (might be the only battle royal game I play)... and bring more attention to Depth :D

Yeah, sorry for the confusion - you happen to have come across the game just as we're re-branding (we're furiously renaming all the things right now). A trademark opposition that we don't have the money and time to fight has forced a rebrand - 'Last Tide' is the new name.

Unfortunately our trademark for 'King Tide' was contested, so we have been forced into re-branding the game to 'Last Tide'. We've started working on changing everything over today, but because we're a small team it will take a bit of time. Thank you for your concern, and making sure we're on top of our stuff!

Maybe change it altogether. Last Tide is sorta fitting but it doesn’t sound strong I don’t know.

I also guess I got ahead of myself when I heard you were making a new game and HAD to find info on it immediately and had a hard time doing so.

On a completely unrelated note, I love you guys Just the fact that you all spend so much time in the community and actually playing the games you make! It's really cool to be able to tell people "so I was playing a game and got queued with a developer" :)

Your Steam announcement is still named King Tide, which might be confusing for Depth owners (especially since you translated that announcement).
