Two quick questions about Coffin Dodger.
1. Do you have to spend the entire game (or most of the game) on normal, or can you just switch it up from an easier difficulty at the end and get the achievement?

2. When it says no deaths does that mean no deaths at all, or no deaths that switch you to a new character? If you die and a Heart Starter brings you back can you still get the achievement?

I can confirm that using the heart starter DOES NOT affect the achievement, I "died" and came back with the heart starter and I still got it.

As far as I'm aware the achievement is for doing it on either normal or hard, so you don't need to change it the difficulty to get it (I'm not sure if that'd work anyway)

What I meant is that I'm doing my first run of the game on Easy Peasy difficulty (for unlocking iron man and modifiers) and, at the very end of the game, if I switch the difficulty higher can I get the hard difficulty achievements, or do I have to have played the game in that difficulty the entire time?

I did wonder this myself but never tried it on my first normal run, then I did hard/coffin dodger for my second, so I can't test whether it works anymore.

You might have to be the guinea pig yourself on this one if you're already nearly done on normal.

Did you not read what I wrote?! I'm not on normal, I'm on Easy Peasy!

I want to know if I can switch it to normal at the very end of the game and get the achievement that way having played the game on Easy Peasy the whole time.

why not just hack the game to get all achievements? if you like them so much you don't care if you actually earned them

1. I'm playing the console version.
2. I don't care about achievements, i'm just asking about if this works.
3. Stop being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to someone just asking a question.

My bad I thought you were referring to normal because normal is pretty easy peasy...

You can still just do what I suggested anyway and try switching it to normal when you're at the end, if you don't care about achievements anyway then it shouldn't matter if it works or not.

if you really didn't care about achievements, you probably wouldn't ask "do I get achievement if I do this specific thing that most people don't do randomly". At least I don't see any other possible reason for you to ask that in manner you did

where exactly did you see attemp to hurt you? I was merely curious as why you didn't go apparently more obvious way (thanks for clarifying that btw)
