The maps are surrounded with black bars when it's too tiny/the resolution is too high, so I have to expand with filler space that's completely left unused, or leave the ugly black bars there.
My map is 27x15 in 854x480, and it barely just fits the screen. Problem is, for a 1st map, I don't need nor want it to be the size of a map from Genealogy of The Holy War and ended in 30 turns.
I really want to push 720p for art assets later down the line, but the lack of asset scaling for the maps & sprites are an important issue.
Maybe through programming it's possible or manual resizing of all tiles & assets, but I'd say a zoom in/zoom out option or a scaling option should be a default feature of SRPG Studio.
