Hi there! There are currently 15 of the 60+ Fighting Fantasy gamebooks in the library. We are slowly adding more, but as a small team with other paying projects, this takes time. Expect to see 3-4 more this year. We don't have licenses for all the books and illustrations, but we'll try to secure as many as we can.
Essentially Fighting Fantasy Classics versions of the gamebooks are almost 1:1 digital recreations of the paper versions. All other versions of the books, including Nomad's titles, Inkle's Sorcery series, Branching Narrative's video version of Deathtrap Dungeon, and our very own 3D version of The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, are adaptations of the books they are based on, with changes to the overall presentation, text, choices, combat system or artwork.
They are all official, just modified adaptations to suit the style of game the developer was intending. If you want the authentic gamebook-like experience, with the original dice rules then FFC is your best choice, If you want to experience some Fighting Fantasy gamebooks taken in new design directions, then you may prefer those.
