Bug: Misaligned Borders and Highlights

The 'windows' that should appear around objects (e.g. launchers) appear way to the right and a bit up on my machine.

Highlights (I think) for boxes, and a few other things appear way way up in the sky. I often see the highlight without the corresponding box.

Platform: Windows, Microsoft Surface Studio.
