sfdmaps.at.ua - textures
You can change your character by clicking on the character UI[i.imgur.com] at the bottom left corner of the screen (when on the Main Menu). You can save up to 9 different profiles and assign each local player their own unique one.
As for custom maps and skins, you can browse a large selection of these over at SFDMaps[sfdmaps.at.ua]. Keep in mind most maps were uploaded before bots were introduced to the game, so not all of them will support them by default. Some were updated, but all of them can be edited with path grids if you want to put a little effort into that. Otherwise, maps on the Steam Workshop are almost guaranteed to support bot paths and so that is the first place you should be checking for custom content.
Cheers!
