How the hell are you supposed to beat this challenge? You can't hit half of the guys because they're behind a door, and I can't move fast enough to climb the ladders

Is that the one where you're Demoman and have like 9 seconds to kill the groups of enemies placed around the map with the GL? If so, all you have to do is angle the shots properly; you're supposed to fire up (70°- 80°) and into the buildings at an arc, not try to shoot them horizontally through the windows. You're supposed to stay immobile, moving will only waste time. All the groups are within reach from your spawnpoint.

One of them is behind a wall though, any advice for that one?
